Join Abdo Chouchani for Free of charge guided group Meditations and Hypnosis sessions at "Marla Energy Healer" in Broumana each Saturday at 10:00 AM. This collaboration will give back spirituality and mindfulness to the community and will support the evolution of a peaceful and more compassionate world.

Meditation is a practice where an individual uses a technique – such as mindfulness, or focusing their mind on a particular object, thought, mantra or activity – to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state. Meditation has been practiced since antiquity in numerous religious traditions and beliefs, often as part of the path towards enlightenment and self-realization. Since the 19th century, it has spread from its origins to other cultures where it is commonly practiced in private and business life. Meditation may be used with the aim of reducing stress, anxiety, depression, and pain, and increasing peace, perception, self-concept, well-being, awakening and spirituality. Meditation researches proved psychological, neurological, and cardiovascular health benefits and other effects.

Astral Projection

Out of body experience is the projection of our ethereal body from our physicl body in ethereal plan. Since the ethereal plane is very close to our physical plane, we can check out what's going on in our nearby. We can see people doing their normal activities while, they can't see us. We  are in physical world only, but a little bit disconnected from it. We can move freely, cross walls, defy gravity.

A lucid dream is defined as a dream during which dreamers, while dreaming, are aware they are dreaming. In other words, Lucid dreaming happens when your conscious mind is awake while your body is still asleep. Lucid dreaming also lets you control what happens in your dreams.
